Each link was checked individually against the state's official government domain on 2026-10-24. A few state sites block automated checks; those were confirmed through their official search listings. Delaware has no state-level property-tax page — it is administered entirely by its three counties.

Finding your county assessor

The exact assessed value, millage and exemptions for a specific property come from the local assessor, appraisal district or tax collector — not from survey medians. Search for “[county] [state] assessor” or “[county] property tax” and look for an official .gov site. Each state page and county page also links to that county's Census profile for the underlying data.
